Merge branch 'pw/rebase-x-sanity-check'

"git rebase -x $cmd" did not reject multi-line command, even though
the command is incapable of handling such a command. It now is
rejected upfront.

* pw/rebase-x-sanity-check:
  rebase -x: sanity check command
