[PATCH] cleanup __exit_signal->cleanup_sighand path
Move 'tsk->sighand = NULL' from cleanup_sighand() to __exit_signal(). This
makes the exit path more understandable and allows us to do
cleanup_sighand() outside of ->siglock protected section.
