sh: Kill off special boot_cpu_data. This consolidates the cpu_data definitions and gets rid of the special boot_cpu_data. It's made a wrapper to the boot CPU, in order to keep the existing in-tree users happy. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
