klibc: sync initramfs build with vanilla kernel Adapt initramfs build to recent changes in vanilla kernel. With these fixes we now properly rebuild initramfs if: 1) content changes 2) gen_initcpio changes 3) arguments (root uid/group uid) changes Signed-off-by: Sam Ravnborg <sam@ravnborg.org>
