git-gui: Refactor update_status -> rescan. Since we refer to the act of updating our memory structures with index and working directory differences as a rescan in the UI its probably a good idea to make the related procedures have the same name. Signed-off-by: Shawn O. Pearce <spearce@spearce.org>
