worktree: add: suppress auto-vivication with --detach and no <branch>

Fix oversight where branch auto-vivication incorrectly kicks in when
--detach is specified and <branch> omitted. Instead, treat:

    git worktree add --detach <path>

as shorthand for:

git worktree add --detach <path> HEAD
