gitk: Rename 'tagcontents' to 'cached_tagcontent'

Name the 'tagcontents' variable similarly to the rest of the
variables cleared in the changedrefs() function.

This makes the naming consistent and provides a hint that it
should be cleared when reloading gitk's cache.
